We are hiring a Team Leader - Fleet Management (Technical Service Team) for our Aftermarket business unit (https://tvsgirling.com/).

Experience:

• Larger fleet management (either car/MUV segment or bus/truck segment)
• OR lead role in aftermarket garages

Languages:

• Tamil, English
• One more South Indian language (Hindi is an added advantage)

Location: Padi, Chennai -Need to travel Pan Inida

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collects product feedback (existing products, new products, and competitor products) through dealer and end-user visits and reports the status.
• Investigates complaints, reported and resolves the problems.
• Promotes our products through campaigns and meetings to ensure awareness and acceptability by mechanics.
• Provides training to workshops and mechanics on our products, serviceability, and best practices to ensure our products are handled and serviced as per recommendations.
• Conducts product trial fitments and performance studies to provide field performance feedback to the organization.
• Interacts with the Regional and Area offices of vehicle manufacturers to obtain market information and avail of their support for the successful promotion of our products.
