Summary
Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support the Talent team in various HR functions including performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development and etc.
Key Responsibilities
Support in performance reviews and development programs.
Managing compensation and benefits of employees not limited to payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Prepare monthly/quarterly report and provide valuable insights in analysis.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.
Preferably at least 5 year of related working experience.
Exposure to other HR areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations or learning & development is an advantage.
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
