- Have a deep understanding of the mechanics of High Net Worth (HNW) products including but not limited to
Universal Life, Whole of Life, Endowment, Savings and Term plans

- Be adept at using different systems to generate illustrations for different products and different
permutations

- Collate and prepare comparison tables/charts based on business partners/sales consultants'
requirements - good Microsoft Excel skills is a must

- Maintain and update product materials - fact sheets/calculations of commissions/country
lists/product promotions etc.

about the manager/team

The team is principally made up of Sales Consultants (client facing / sales activities) and Sales Operations Associates (sales support).

The incumbent acts as the primary product experts and product analysis touch point. The job requires a
proactive and meticulous approach to provide the sales team with accurate and up to date product
comparisons and information on a day-to-day basis.

skills and experience required

- Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience in either the insurance or banking industry.

- Competent business IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Excel etc.
