We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with a proven track record in the ELV sector to drive business growth.
Your Role
As the Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing (ELV), you will play a key role in expanding our business within the ELV and Networking sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in these fields, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and execute marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies focused on the ELV and Networking markets.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the ELV sector, including businesses requiring CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Networking Solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on technical solution selling.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research on ELV technologies, competitors, and emerging trends.
- Represent the company at industry-specific trade shows and client meetings to showcase technical expertise.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and strategy refinement.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of direct experience in sales and marketing within the ELV, ICT, or Networking industries.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on ELV technologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PABX, Structured Cabling, and related networking solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of generating leads, negotiating deals, and meeting revenue targets within the ELV or Networking sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with technical teams and work independently when necessary.
- Adaptability: Ability to solve problems and address sales challenges in a technical environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in sales roles focusing on CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking Solutions, or PABX is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-specific products and brands will be an advantage.
