Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales (Label Division) at PLC COMPANY located in Colombo. The role involves overseeing sales activities in the label division, managing a team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Role

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. NPD, Operations) to ensure alignment on goals and projects.
• Ensure effective customer service and resolve any sales-related issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in sales meetings, contribute ideas, and provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
