Key Responsibilities
Lease Negotiation and Management: Lead and manage the negotiation of leasing terms with tenants, ensuring agreements align with company policies and market conditions.
Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize leasing opportunities for both commercial and residential properties.
Lease Administration: Oversee lease documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring accurate execution of lease agreements. Track lease expirations and renewals.
Property Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties, including preparing advertising materials and coordinating with brokers.
Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet financial and occupancy targets while adhering to company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market conditions to senior management.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure all leasing activities comply with local regulations, property laws, and company policies.
Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to maximize rental income and reduce vacancies, while meeting the company’s overall financial goals.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior leasing staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, rules and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., RERA certification, Certified Leasing Specialist) are a plus
Experience Requirement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio management.
Skill Sets
Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, leasing practices, and property laws.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and financial reports to develop strategic leasing plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), property management software, and CRM tool
