Summary
Support the editing of photos for various platforms, including online, social media, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, print Support the assembly of raw footages, input uncut rushes and sound Assist in creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the video and determine the exact cutting for the next and final stages Collaborate with the DAM manager to organize photo and video libraries Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing tools and software Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in film, photography, or a related field is preferred 3-4 years of experience working in post-production in house, at a creative agency, or post-production house; with a portfolio showcasing your skills and work Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Capture One Proficiency in color grading and color correction techniques Understanding of media file types and film deliverables Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Willingness to learn the various internal tools/platforms (Wrike, Frame. io, Adobe DAM, etc.) and their capabilities Has the natural passion to work in a creative environment with the emotional intelligence and sensitivity to work with creative personalities Can understand the Le Labo language and brand ethos, as mentioned in the above description of the brand Embodies the values and principles of the Le Labo manifesto, by fostering an internal culture of belonging, empathy, and kindness
