Qualifications Who You Are We're looking for someone with a passion for operations, a knack for organization, and a dedication to excellence. You'll excel in this role if you: * Have a high school diploma or equivalent with training in Fair Housing and leasing practices (preferred). * Are experienced with property management software (Yardi preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Have at least one year of continuous property management experience, preferably with a strong track record in collections. * Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle. * Are comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English.
