The Assistant Manager/Manager - Learning & Development is responsible for overseeing the
training and development initiatives across Heritance Aarah. They ensure that all departments
are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences,
maintain service standards, and support the resort's operational goals as per the LQA guidelines.
This role involves identifying training needs, designing learning programs, facilitating training
sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of development activities to foster a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.
