Purpose of the Role:
To support the CEO’s office by coordinating, analyzing, and presenting management reports, contributing to strategic decision-making, and monitoring key business performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the compilation, validation, and presentation of periodic management reports for the CEO and executive leadership.
• Monitor, track, and analyze KPIs and operational metrics across various business units.
• Prepare financial, operational, and market intelligence reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing) to gather timely andaccurate data.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and executive summaries.
• Support the identification of trends, opportunities, and areas of concern from management reports.
• Ensure reports are clear, concise, and delivered within stipulated deadlines.
• Maintain documentation, reporting processes, and data repositories.
• Prepare presentations for executive reviews and board meetings as required.
• Suggest process improvements for management reporting and data visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, or management reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
