JOB PURPOSE:

• Responsible for SG Branch’s IT network, physical and virtual servers, and IT services render to the users
• Responsible for the overall health performance and capacity planning for the IT Infrastructure
• Assist in supporting IT Team Lead on IT infrastructure related projects
• Assist in providing IT supports to internal users whenever necessary
• Assist in supporting IT Team Lead on self-inspection, risk assessments, internal and external audit inspections and remediation for vulnerabilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for SG Branch, including the technology refresh for End-Of-Support (EOS) devices
• Maintain and monitor the data backup system and devices
• Perform patch management to ensure the installation of latest patches for critical servers and IT equipment
• Provide access rights management for file server or shared folders
• Manage and maintain the IT system policies adhere to the regulatory requirements, such as the Group Policy Object in Windows servers follows the HO or regulatory’s password policy.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting third-party application systems. For example, CTS, G3, SWIFT Alliance, EBS, Bloomberg, RTGS, Treasury trading terminals, etc.
• Assist in participating the Annual BCP Drill and Building Power Shutdown exercises.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• 5 years full time role in IT within banking industry
• MCSE or CCNA will have added advantage
• Well verse with major market IT security tools: Symantec, Trendmicro, Forcepoint, etc.
• Good experience in IT disaster recovery plan (DRP) and business continuity
• Good knowledge in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers, Cisco switches, F5 VPN, and Checkpoint firewalls
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties of all levels
• Good in vendor management
• Knowledge in IT project management is preferred
