  • Manage and lead the organization’s system projects, including system upgrades, migrations, Azure and Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Administer core Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, and Hybrid Exchange.
  • Implement and enhance security measures using Microsoft Intune and respond to security alerts.
  • Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) with Delinea and manage firewall configurations.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and assist with ad-hoc duties and IT projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Test and deploy new tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration for end users.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could affect enterprise systems.
  • Implement and maintain backup, security, and business continuity strategies.
  • Record events and resolutions in the ticketing system, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
  • Provide backup support for end users as needed.
  • Contribute to AI-related projects, such as automating administrative tasks, improving system monitoring, and streamlining user support processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to identify and integrate AI solutions to improve operations and productivity.
  • Research and recommend initiatives to optimize systems, automate administrative tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:


Administer Servers & Networks:

  • Maintain, monitor, and update servers hardware and software configuration.
  • Ensure servers and network uptime, reliability, and performance.
  • Implement security measures and protocols to secure servers and network infrastructure.


Enhance Office365 Security:

  • Implement and maintain ATP, DLP and other security features of Office365.
  • Monitor email security and address any security threats in a timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of the latest email security trends and implement best practices.


Disaster Recovery:

  • Ensure smooth operations of DRP
  • Carry out trial run of Disaster Recovery Plan for critical IT assets to support Business Continuity requirements


Project Management:

  • Plan, implement and document high impact projects


IT Security:

  • Implement and maintain security measures for systems and networks.
  • Monitor security systems and address security incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and implement best practices.


System network replacement and upgrades project:

  • Plan, execute and manage system replacement and upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure systems are configured and integrated properly after upgrades.


Troubleshooting and addressing issues:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure root cause analysis is conducted for critical issues.


Manage MDM and Intune:

  • Monitor and enforce mobile device policies and configurations for company-owned and personal devices.
  • Implements security controls and solutions to protect company data on mobile devices.
  • Installs and configures the Intune solution and integrates it with existing security systems and workflows.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues relate to Intune and mobile device management


Provide IT Support:

  • Provide technical support to users in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address and resolve technical issues raised by users.
  • Maintain accurate records of user support requests and resolutions.


Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure
  • Ensure that all IT processes and procedures and documented and updated regularly


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in system design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Windows technologies: Windows Servers 2012 and above, Active Directory, Exchange Online/2010-2019.
  • Strong proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, including Enterprise Mobility & Security services such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, MDM, AIP, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and DLP.
  • Experience in identity management and SSO administration (Microsoft Active Directory, Azure SSO, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies).
  • Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
  • Hands-on experience with backup and recovery systems, particularly Veeam.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting firewalls and network technologies (e.g., switching, routing, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring systems and security incident management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of defending against cyberattacks, malicious hacking activities, and security best practices.
  • Working experience with Remote Desktop Services and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in documentation, system configuration, and security settings.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate repetitive administrative tasks, improve system monitoring, or enhance user support.
  • Ability to research and integrate emerging AI and automation technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, ITIL, or CCNA.


Education:

  • Min Degree in Computer Science/IT with a minimum 8 years of experience
