Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations
Manage the complete payroll process, including salary calculations, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and deductions.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, government submissions, and ensure timely payments.
Monitor staff attendance, leave adjustments, medical claims, and maintain up-to-date payroll records.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the company hires the best talent.
Oversee new employee induction, orientation, and foster a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Manpower supply industry
Fresh graduates with exceptional working attitude will be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR2000 Payroll system
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
