Summary

Preparing and analyzing financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards (IFRS, Ind AS).

Managing day-to-day accounting operations including ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

Coordinating with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, and income tax.

Monitoring cash flow, fund management, and forecasting to ensure liquidity and compliance.

Handling budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives to improve profitability.

Supporting credit appraisal, loan processing, and financial due diligence for lending operations.

Collaborating with compliance teams to ensure adherence to RBI/SEBI/IRDA guidelines.

Preparing MIS reports for management decision-making and financial planning.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.

Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and RBI reporting.

Perform bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day cash flow and fund movements.

QualificationsI
    Institute of Cost and management accountants of India.
    4+ years' of Finance and Account & equivalent experience
    Strong verbal or written communication skills
