Summary

For our client, an exclusive event venue specializing in high-end corporate and private events, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Event Planning & Social Media to join their team in Bucharest.


Job Purpose:

The Assistant Manager – Event Planning & Social Media will play a key role in ensuring the planning and execution of corporate and private events. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing event logistics, and providing operational support to ensure every event meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with very good organizational and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote events and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to attract corporate and private clients.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and propose strategies to improve visibility and customer interaction.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of premium corporate and private events.
  • Assist in managing event logistics, suppliers, and venue operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee event setup and ensure all details align with client expectations.
  • Serve as a key contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing tailored event solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and corporate partners.
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks, supporting event and business development activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in event planning, social media marketing, or client relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative software.
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
