Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :
- This role is responsible for DOUYIN sales deployment and operation excellence to fulfill the commercial goal
- Working scope not limited to: sales & operation plan, platform relationship management, DP management, cross functional cooperation in terms of product & marketing
Key Result Areas:
- Manage annual/ monthly operation plan, responsible for daily operation to achieve target
- Track market and competitor performance to identify business opportunities.
- Lead and manage DP to drive efficient business with both top line and bottom line growth.
- Work closely with internal and external team ( BPO/ MKT/ DH ) on integrated projects.

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years EC operation experience, solid in DOUYIN operation
• Prefer apparel & shoes background
