Summary

Position Description

The Assistant Manager needs to manage client relationship and deliver a wide range of private wealth management services to External Asset Management (EAM)/ Introducing Broker(IB) institutional clients.


Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day assistance to Senior Manager in all aspects of client service and administrative support
  • Execute daily account transactions and client orders (e.g., equities, fixed income, OTC derivative products, mutual funds and alternative investments)
  • Assist Senior Relationship Manager in conducting new client research, prepare pitch book, internal memo and coordinate client events
  • Proactively communicate investment outlook and ideas to clients, and timely response to client enquires
  • Handle the account opening process and assist in AML / annual review and transaction monitoring
  • Conduct regular reviews on account profile and investment portfolio, ensuring client's profile are timely maintained
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking, sales data analysis and other relevant information reporting
  • Support EAM/IB team to enhance company’s brand recognition and participate in initiatives to streamline workflows
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and other admin work as required


Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ full-time working experience in wealth and asset management field with excellent academic performance from top-tier universities, preferably in Economics or Finance
  • Solid understanding of investment products, financial markets, and planning strategies in Private Banking and/ or Securities Products (Structured Products in particular) sectors
  • Strong interest in investment & wealth management, with eagerness to learn
  • Result-oriented with strong initiative, able to work efficiently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to provide proficient client sourcing capabilities, and facilitate transactions with existing clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both external and internal parties
  • Proficiency level in English and Mandarin, Business level in Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred and experienced candidate will consider to offer as Manager level
