What the role is?

• Market Intelligence Compilation: Gather and analyze market data from external sources, including market research reports, competitor analysis, and customers/ channels’ feedback; and support on report presentation
• Promote Business Intelligence Culture: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and support the development of key strategies and customer-related initiatives
• Data and Insight Generation: Interpret intelligence and data using data processing and visualization tools to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain the BAU dashboards to support management decision-making processes
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic planning and supporting business
• Identifying market trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and impact of market intelligence

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis, preferably in a business analyst role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets/ marketing materials.
• Knowledgeable in BI tools and software (e.g., Power BI, SQL)
• Proficiency in written English, strong communication and presentation skills
• Insurance background and research experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
