Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct regular and pro-active product performance surveys to assess Goodyear tire performance, reduce adjustment losses, and provide customer satisfaction audits at the dealers' premises. Field surveys to include fleet operators, government accounts, distributors, dealers, Goodyear branches/warehouses, end-users.
  • You will analyze failed tires in the field and/or bring back samples of failed tires to the factory for in-depth analysis.
  • You will outline any corrective action plan(s) arising from field surveys and communicate with field engineer and Qtech department for product improvement.
  • You will support and assist in claims entry processing to support the technical adjustment process.
  • You will provide regular technical reports to Field Engineer and Management (as required).


Qualifications:

  • You have a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • You have 6 years of experience in the automotive industry, handling customer complaints, quality, sales, and resolving technical issues.
  • You have good knowledge of automotive technology and the industry.
  • You have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You are computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
