Job Summary


To develop and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients and partners for life insurance product sales. This role focuses on achieving corporate sales targets, exploring new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent client service to support long-term growth.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (SMEs, large enterprises, associations).
  • Promote and sell group life insurance products tailored to business needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients.
  • Organize and lead product presentations, benefit sessions, and follow-up meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams for smooth onboarding and servicing.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Support in planning and executing corporate sales campaigns and business development initiatives.


Qualifications



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in handling corporate negotiations and closing deals.


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • High level of professionalism and client service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and result-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage.
