Position Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Content Moderation (COMO) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents focused on content moderation, ensuring high performance and compliance with company targets and goals. This role requires expertise in content moderation across various formats and the ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee a team of agents for content moderation, including image and video moderation with a focus on afflictive content.
• Performance Monitoring: Manage and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with targets, including productivity (1000+ cases per agent per day) and accuracy (99%).
• Reviews & Feedback: Conduct weekly reviews, one-on-ones with agents, Early Warning System (EWS), and Individual Development Plan (IDP) reviews.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly share data, analysis, and performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Audit & Coaching: Conduct regular audits, provide coaching, and give constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across various departments, including Transport, Payroll, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR.
• Employee Well-being & Engagement: Ensure the well-being and engagement of team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Process Improvement: Provide inputs and recommendations regarding processes and policies to improve overall team performance and efficiency.

Skills and Requirements:

• Content Moderation Experience: Must have experience managing a content moderation team for an international client, with a strong understanding of image, text, and short video moderation, including afflictive content.
• Team & Performance Management: Proficient in team management, performance management, and managing productivity metrics. Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts as required.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
