Job DescriptionResponsible for finalizing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, formalizing lease documentation of a retail mall.Prepare leasing reports, update rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis.Actively engages and establishes good relationships with agencies, prospects and tenants.Responsible for implementing and monitoring of business plan and budget.Propose tenant mix plans, and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy in the mall.Support marketing and A&P initiatives.Any other duties assigned
