Responsibility

• Explore the latest business intelligence and conduct market and operational research on railway/metro industries related to cross-boundary services
• Analyse business data to provide actionable insights of new business opportunities and enhancement of customer service
• Design and formulate framework for producing business intelligence reports on a regular basis and develop and maintain a database for documentation
• Organize community programmes and develop educational and training materials to enhance publicity and stakeholder engagement on appreciation of railway/metro operations
  
  

Requirement

• Degree in Translation, Language Studies, Communication or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in transportation, financial, business industry or related fields, of which 3 years must be at senior supervisory level
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Tradition and Simplified characters), including Mandarin
• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to the latest trends in the transportation industry
  
  

Remarks

• Possession of a valid travel document to the Mainland of China is required
