Summary

 Establish mechanisms to ensure enhancement in the overall productivity, volume and competence levels of the BPO division through strategic interventions.  Create, mentor and lead an effective BPO team of Team Leaders / Experts  Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key members of the client team.  Be prepared to innovate and actively seek out-of-the-box solutions.  Will manage the processes independently and ensure business profitability.  Will drive business and interfaces with the clients.  Product goals achievement  Identify opportunity for growth of the product and participate in transitions. Job Profile  Minimum 2 Years on Paper experience of Assistant Manager (Credit card Collection/Recovery Process).  Minimum Education Graduate-in any stream.  Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, and Rostering.  Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.  Manage Attrition and plan career mapping for Agents. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹266,154.34 - ₹600,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Assistant manager: 1 year (Required)
