We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Assistant Manager to support our team in achieving outstanding sales performance and delivering unparalleled service standards.

Job Summary

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales floor, inspiring our sales team, and driving store performance through product and service focused selling. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, with a primary emphasis on cultivating a high-performing sales culture, coaching team members to exceed targets, and ensuring the brand experience is consistently delivered in store.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Client Experience

• Lead by example on the sales floor, consistently achieving and exceeding personal and store sales goals.
• Embody a client-first culture by delivering exceptional service that aligns with brand standards.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize conversion and KPI results.
• Partner with the Store & Regional Manager to execute clienteling initiatives
• Maintain and build client book

Operational Excellence

• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or key holder role preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Consistent track record of driving personal and team sales performance.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting, department store background is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
