Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist Project Managers in designing and managing asset enhancement projects. Your duties will involve procuring consultants and contractors, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects with good control of time, cost and quality, ensuring that the group's targets are met.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in construction related disciplines, master degree in architecture and professional qualification will be advantages
• At least 8 years of local experience in handling sizeable projects with property developers or consultant firms
• Must have good knowledge on the codes and regulations applicable to building and development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works and change of use of buildings
• Job references involving shopping malls and large scale fitting out works will be advantages
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Must have uncompromising integrity and good communicate skills
