Summary

The role supports day-to-day operations and strategic development for artists, which involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building industry relationships to enhance artist visibility and revenue. S/he also coordinates communication, organizes promotional activities, and assists in contract negotiations, ensuring artistes can focus on their creative work while maximizing their commercial potential.



Job Description

- To support and manage day-to-day operations and schedules for assigned artistes.

- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.

- To conduct market research to understand industry trends & landscape and audience demographics for enhancing artistes visibility, driving revenue and fans engagement.

- To build and maintain relationships with diverse media and industry professionals to create potential business avenues.

- To coordinate communication between artistes, management, and other internal relevant teams

- To assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with external partners to maximize revenue opportunities.

- To collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional strategies for artistes.



EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications & essential traits):

- 2+ years of experience in artist management, music industry, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of the music industry landscape and current trends.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities


LANGUAGE: Well versed in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
