JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for managing day-to-day Office Services operations. This position reports and serves as primary backup to the Site Manager.
Receive and prioritize all print requests by reviewing associated instructions, entering into a tracking system, and organizing needed supplies.
Track supply orders and maintain supply inventory controls.
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Alert the recipient upon arrival.
Receive, sort, deliver, and pick up all mail and packages per scheduled times at all designated mail stops.
Consistently identify, develop, and deploy process enhancements.
Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction. Understand and respond to specific customer needs while maintaining consistent customer communication.
Responsible for assisting the team with conference room/event center setups and breakdowns.
Manage and track all incoming facilities work order request into client’s Help Desk Ticketing System.
Responsible for providing backfill support for the concierge department
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills And Educational Requirements
High School diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Good written and oral communication skills
