Summary

Job Description

  • Responsibility of Balance sheet of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) including Tax Audit report, Management letter, audit etc.
  • Responsibility of MIS/Reports
  • Weekly reports
  • Overdue report
  • Bank Guarantee statement to Business head
  • Rolling monthly fund position
  • Monthly MIS to Management
  • Provide transaction wise statement to each BU and mgmt. on quarter basis up to Gross profit level for their verification.
  • Banking matters
  • Submission of the reports/ information and compliance to condition of the sanction letter and other terms and condition of the banks.
  • Coordination with bank for day-to-day affairs including creation of security etc.
  • DP statement and CMA data to bank.
  • Responsible for banking transactions.
  • Effective utilization of the bank limit.
  • Issuance and Closure of BG.
  • Submission of information to Rating agency
  • Ledger scrutiny
  • Any other matter as may be informed by Mgmt. from time to time
  • All activities related to Singapore branch

Candidate Requirements

  • Inter CA / MBA Finance
  • Must have” Technical and / or Functional Skills / Certifications (Please mention according to priority, starting with the most important)
