Job Description

This position exists to ensure smooth functioning of daily Financial activities and to Track and provide Financial Performance metrics for the business. He would also be responsible to ensure compliances with Accounting Practices and Legal Regulations. EBITDA and Consumption of Centre is sync with centre director Collection Licence Fees/ Revenue Share/ Common Area Maintenance / Utilities (Local Franchise retailer not considered) Kiosk to issue PDC for entire term Adherence to Schedule (Monthly reports - 10th of every month, Statutory compliances, Maintenance of Insurance Policies, Tracking of all Outward Asset Movement) Co-ordinate with Legal Team to close agreement for Store Operations without one Audit Score achieved in various Audits (legal, Internal Audit, Process Audit etc.) To ensure timely Accounting and payment of all vendors engaged at mall Invoices to be checked and generated every month in Pascal with billing and process Documentation Achieve Centre budget (Cash flow management) Collection from Retailer and Developer Management fees and salaries Vendor management and payment Training Knowledge of Accounting practices Knowledge of tax rules Dexterity on excel, Accounting Software
