You will service properties in San Diego County. Your initial training will be conducted at our office in Clairemont, which is usually about 90 days. After completing training about 70% of your time will be spent on the road in the San Diego Area, you will be provided with a company vehicle some afterhours and weekend work maybe required. The
Assistant Leasing Manager will assist the staff in managing the firm’s daily operations, supporting and servicing clients, and promoting our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Shows vacant properties to prospective tenants
- Assists Associated with overflow work
- Handles administrative tasks with a high attention to detail
- Conducts Preventative Maintenance Walkthroughs and takes photos throughout occupied properties
- Final Move In Checks (quality control check performed just prior to move in)
- Rent Ready Check (taking marketing photos, setting up property for showings)
- Serve, Post and Mail notices and letters
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred
- Basic Knowledge in G-Suite (Gmail, Word, Excel & Drive)
- KPIs
- Complete required amount of Permeative Maintenance Walk Throughs
- Obtain 5 Star Reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
