A reputable Savings and Loans company is looking for a suitably qualified person for the following position: Assistant Internal Audit Manager
Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Internal Audit in executing the internal audit activities of the company
Support in the planning segments of the audit, determine the extent of audit testing and working paper content
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and other required audit report
Audit the activities of various departments for compliance with established plans, policies, procedures and applicable regulations
Assist in preparing audit reports to the attention of management for discussions at the board of directors meeting
Extensive field visit to branches and business centres highly required
Qualification Required & Experience
Minimum of first degree from a recognised institution
Must be partly qualified (level 3) professional from a recognised body such as ICA (GH), ACCA, CPA etc and necessary academic documents must be added as required
2 to 3 years experience in similar position
Knowledge of the microfinance and savings and loans industry is highly required
Excellent communication and presentations skills especially in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Age Limit should be not more than 40 years
