Job Summary
This position will support the Health Center Manager in managing all aspects of clinic operations, including project management, and performance management. The Assistant HCM role will plan and lead meetings, provide leadership for administrative activities and directly oversee the Medical and Dental Receptionist teams, and the Eligibility Specialist team to ensure all services comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards and ICHS policies and procedures.
Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business and/or related field. Experience in healthcare management/leadership in excess of 4 years may substitute for a degree.
Experience - Four years of experience in health care, including 2 years as Supervisor or Lead.
Other Requirement(s) - Knowledge of Epic EHR. Demonstrated experience with Clinic Operations. Experience with Project Management.
