About Our Client

Our client is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager, Operations (Landscape) to oversee and drive the success of landscape operations within Singapore.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the entire landscape operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across all projects
• Develop and execute strategic plans to fuel business growth and enhance operational performance
• Oversee staff training and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling
• Maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage budget, financial performance and profitability to ensure a sustainable and profitable operation
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client relationships
• Provide leadership across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with company goals while managing operational complexities
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape operations including leadership roles with P&L responsibilities
• Strong strategic planning skills with expertise in resource allocation and operational execution
• Proven ability to manage large teams effectively while maintaining high performance standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to various sites to provide hands-on support and guidance as needed
