With over 300 locations globally since 2018, we’re a brand on the move. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team. As the AGM, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the General Manager in daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fitness sales professional with experience in pre-sale studios or open studios to advance their career in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Member Acquisition: Lead the sales process, including handling inbound inquiries, conducting studio tours, and converting leads into new members. Proactively engage with potential members to generate new leads. Community Outreach & Marketing: Develop and execute local marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives to promote brand awareness and drive membership growth. Member Experience: Ensure a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, addressing member feedback, and creating a welcoming studio environment. Operational Support: Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, managing inventory, and overseeing studio cleanliness and maintenance. Team Leadership: Support the coaching team in delivering high-quality workouts and maintaining class energy. Assist with staff training and development to ensure a high standard of service. Goal-Oriented Performance: Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales targets, membership goals, and operational KPIs. Track progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals. Qualifications Fitness Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a fitness sales role, ideally within a pre-sale studio, open studio, or recovery-focused environment (e.g., boutique fitness, wellness, or recovery studios). Customer Service Excellence: Strong ability to build relationships with clients, address concerns, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Leadership Skills: Experience leading or supervising a team, with the ability to motivate and support staff in a fast-paced environment. Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales and membership targets through effective lead management and creative sales strategies. Passion for Fitness: Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals. Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles is a plus. Why Join Us?
