Our client is a fast-growing firm focused on global energy investments. We’re looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to support our Finance Manager in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and delivering financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain company accounts and oversee day-to-day finance operations.
• Review fund books and third-party administrator reports.
• Collaborate with investment and developer teams on compliance, valuations, and investor requests.
• Manage GL, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial statements.
• Support cash flow forecasting, management reporting, and fund flow memos.
• Coordinate annual audits, regulatory filings, and tax due diligence.
• Liaise with offshore accounting teams and respond to investor inquiries.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with fund administration and financial compliance is a plus.
