Job Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Data Center Facility Manager to join our team, with a particular focus on work order planning and execution. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our client, data center facilities. This role shall report to the Data Center Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction

Safety

  • Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards.
  • Reinforce Safety Culture with suppliers and JLL Engineering Teams

Compliance

  • Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.

Work Order Management:

  • Collaborate, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive work order system.
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of equipment and facilities.
  • Analyze work order trends to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
  • Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment
  • Coordinate with JLL site Chiefs and suppliers for regular maintenance activities

Asset Management

  • Maintain asset records, provide asset lifecycle (OEM or Industry Standard) data and condition observations with rough order of magnitude replacement costs.
  • Track deferred maintenance and / replacement recommendations.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork with the JLL Account Team, Client and Suppliers by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in data center or critical facility management
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and ISO.
  • Supplier Management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
