Bright Solutions is looking for an Event Coordinator Assistant in San Salvador

If you are an organized person with strong data analysis and event management skills, this could be a great opportunity for you.


Position Objective:


Support the Senior Event Coordinator in tracking project execution, ensuring efficient planning, and conducting data analysis before, during, and after each event.


Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and report generation.
  • Experience in ROI analysis and data interpretation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • 100% English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Valid U.S. visa (mandatory).


Main Responsibilities:

  • Capture and manage event leads in CRM, ensuring proper follow-up with the sales team.
  • Manage inventories and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor event schedule compliance.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of each event.



Location: On-site in San Salvador.

Salary: $900 - $1100 will depend on experience (subject to income tax).
