As an assistant estimator, you will be responsible for interpreting and sharing tender documents, conducting site surveys with photographic records, and producing professional documentation for clear tender baselines with CAD support.
Your role includes identifying and managing risks, measuring and scheduling construction works, and overseeing procurement planning.
You will evaluate subcontractors based on cost and compliance, price direct works from first principles, and handle communication processes such as Tender Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Additionally, you will participate in meetings for bid settlements, ensure smooth handovers to the Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager, and manage resources and supply chain relationships, with some involvement in bid writing and document control, supported by admin staff.
