Responsibilities

To cope with the growth of the business, we cordially invite high caliber with energetic talents to join our Hong Kong team to fill the post of:

• Responsible for tender estimation, tendering procurement, and site coordination.
• Prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and statutory submission
• Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer in overall project operations, co-ordination and handover
• Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer to ensure the smooth running of the project, on-time delivery and completion of site works efficiently.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Building Service Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or other related Engineering disciplines
• Good communication and project coordination
• Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work INDEPENDENTLY with initiative
• Sound knowledge of PC skills and AutoCAD software applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
