The Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Dispatcher to join our team. This is a key role within our Operations department acting as the "glue" between team members to ensure that our operations run efficiently.

We are looking for someone that is fast-paced, super organized, very detailed oriented, and a great team player.

This job includes a mix of customer service/communication, planning, and scheduling. You will be backed by the team members that surround this position. Success in this role will involve efficient coordination and help with projects with the intent of seeing them through to completion. This position will take attention to detail, organization, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities:

NO PLUMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Main:

• Coordinate with team members to ensure every sold job is scheduled, has permits, proper material, and is executed correctly
• Management and ownership of all “in-progress jobs” including providing daily status updates on each job and pushing the ball forward. This includes management of the job page in ServiceTitan…closing the job and reconciling the invoice as necessary
• Provide white-glove communication to customers on all job related updates, including any reschedules or changes that are necessary.
• Keep the customer updated on relevant information to their job. Overly communicate so they are never left wondering what is going on.

Additional:

· Communication to technicians end of day about tomorrow's jobs

· Assist with customer payment collections

· Assist with sending financing applications to customers

· Edit/update customer invoices as needed

· Double check job invoices to ensure material accuracy

· Helping coordinate logistics for any rentals or movement of goods
