Job Summary Job Summary The job of Assistant Director of Information Technology-Systems Development is done for the purpose/s of supporting the Director in providing strategic direction for the Information Technology department; provides high quality and timely administration of data projects to other District departments and external customers; manages district-wide software development and infrastructure projects ; consults with department supervisors regarding the identification and prioritization of Information Technology needs; and ensures optimal utilization of personnel and other resources. A key responsibility is to assist in overseeing the effective operation and strategic development of the organization's network, computer operations, applications, and cybersecurity posture.
