Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Business Development located in Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. Additional responsibilities include overseeing market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years working experience in the hospitality industry
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Business Planning and Account Management skills
• Contract Negotiation skills
• Good in coordinating wedding and corporate events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
