Your Role & Responsibilities

The Assistant Customer Service Manager for UKI will be the lead for developing our service model as we move forward and evolve Elida Beauty as an organisation. The role will look after our customers, manage their orders, build and maintain strong relationships externally, as well as regularly working with internal stakeholders to ensure that we maintain our quality and service standards at all times. As a result you will be key to driving change, informing decision making and implementing improvements based on commercial, relationship and strategic information. This role will report to the SC Lead for UKI.


Your Key Tasks:

  • Lead the Cutover and Integration of all Customer Service Activity carried out by Unilever as Elida Beauty moves to a separate entity and introduces its own processes and ways of working
  • Own ‘OnTime’ results and partner with Supply Planning on ‘InFull’ service results
  • You will play a crucial role in the Customer Relationship management, Joint Business Planning, issue resolution, order to cash process management ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision. Your first priority will be ensuring Excellent customer service to our customers.
  • Leads Order to Cash process to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled aligned with internal business plans
  • Work with the Distribution Centre to ensure Operations meet business needs
  • Translate potential supply risks and ensure clear communication to relevant stakeholders. Support with key account activity, following up on priority orders and customer issues with the sales team
  • Support key accounts to ensure customer launch plans are carried out correctly
  • Run customer and process related projects
  • Drive Improvements in the way we work every day
