Cattaraugus County is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant County Attorney. The full-time appointed position will be providing counsel for the County Department of Social Services. Duties to include child support matters, adult protective services, child welfare cases, Medicaid matters, and other matters in Family Court. Possession of a license to practice law in NYS required.
