🔍 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Controller who’s ready to lead and mentor a high-performing team, streamline processes, and partner across departments to elevate our financial operations. You’ll work closely with the Controller and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and continuous improvement of our accounting systems.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process with precision and insight
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Drive automation and system enhancements to scale finance capabilities
• Act as a key liaison with FP&A, operations, and external auditors

✅ What You Bring

• CPA required, with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong background in general ledger, financial reporting, and internal controls
• ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Leadership experience with a desire to coach and grow talent
