They are seeking an Assistant Controller to join their Investor Reporting team. This role will be well-supported and and have the opportunity to be part of a strong team.

About the role and your impact:

Working alongside the Fund Controller, you will assist with or own the following duties.

• Investor relations and investor reporting; oversee financial reporting efforts to investors and related parties
• Investment account roll up and reconciliations for consolidation and investor reporting
• Technical accounting
• Prepare financial packages for Audit and Tax external partners, functioning as the main liaison between the firm and 3rd party
• Review of portfolio analysis & performance monitoring
• Fund Accounting; ensure accurate fund records through reconciliations and reporting
• Work interdepartmentally on special projects

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 5+ years of related experience
• Real estate or private equity industry experience preferred
• CPA highly preferred
• Working knowledge of partnership/fund accounting concepts
