Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Assistant Controller to fulfill an immediate permanent need with a client on a hybrid schedule based out of Nashville, TN.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and company policies
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
• Lead and mentor accounting team, supporting performance evaluation and development
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax filings
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to streamline financial processes
• Oversee ERP system management, cash forecasting, and weekly AP check runs

 We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong knowledge of GAAP
• Multi-location healthcare REQUIRED
• Proven experience leading and mentoring an accounting team
• CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel experience
