Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ base salary & discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Review and prepare complex tax returns and financial statements.
• Quality Control: Ensure adherence to financial and tax reporting policies and perform quality control reviews.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train the tax team and business management teams.
• International Tax Compliance: Manage planning and compliance for international tax matters.
• Project Management: Supervise tax staff, manage projects, and track department profitability.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Active CPA required.
• Educational Background: BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience: Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and providing financial/tax services. 5+ years performing tax preparation/review.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a business management firm, public accounting firm, or relevant industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: MS in Taxation.
