Your Mission:

As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of supporting accounting operations and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. You'll play a vital role in month-end processes, financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of our team's work.

What You'll Do:

• Become a go-to financial consultant, advising clients on best practices.
• Drive smooth month-end closes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial deliverables.
• Contribute to strong internal controls and the implementation of accounting systems.
• Develop and present insightful management reports to clients.
• Deeply understand client businesses and their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a talented internal team to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a client-facing or public accounting setting.
• A strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience with month-end close and general ledger management.
• A professional and polished presence for client interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent approach.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online.

This hybrid/mostly remote role offers a competitive annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience).
